APRIL Conference Hotel and Room Rate Information

Vendor/Exhibitor Registration Still Open
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Annual APRIL Conference. Booths may be set up at Hyatt Regency Portland at the Convention Center on Friday, October 17th and must be removed by the end of day Sunday, October 19, 2025. A 6 foot table with skirt and 2 chairs will be provided. There will be an electrical outlet available at each location if available. There is a one time fee of $500.00 for booth rentals for NON Profits and $750.00 for Corporate booth rental. Space is limited and all booths will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Tables for booths will be set up near the conference registration area of the hotel. If you have any special AV requirements such as phone or DSL connection, please contact: Encore at
Extra charges may apply and must be paid by you to the hotel directly. It is suggested that you provide your own extension cords and any other equipment necessary.
Please Note: If you plan on eating with the conference attendees, the additional meal ticket will be a fee of $250.00.
- Conference Vendor/Exhibitor Price (1 table) for Non-Profit Organizatoins = $500
- Conference Vendor/Exhbitor Table Price (1 table) for For-Profit Organizations = $750
- Additional Vendor/Exhibitor Table Price (for a total of 2 tables) = additional $250

APRIL Conference Sponsorship Opportunities
Your conference sponsorship would be greatly appreciated by our membership and the community in which we hold our conference. APRIL has updated our Sponsorship Levels and options for this year’s conference.
Plan for Independent Living Sponsorship Levels:
- Gold $50,000.00
- Silver $25,000.00
- Bronze $15,000.00
Plan for Independent Living sponsors receive waived conference fees; Exhibit Booth if requested; hotel room covered if attending; Conference swag and T-shirt; Full Page color advertising space in the Conference Program; Newsletter and Social Media Recognition included on the APRIL Website throughout the year; honorary membership in APRIL (Gold Level = 10 years; Silver Level = 5 years; Bronze Level = 2 years).
Core Services Sponsorship Levels: This Sponsorship Level includes waived registration, exhibit booth if requested and Conference t-shirt and swag.
Living in the Community Level
- Gold $40,000 (covers the full banquet)
- Silver $20,000 (covers half the banquet)
- Bronze $5,000 (covers an afternoon break)
Peer Mentoring Level
- Gold $15,000 (covers the full luncheon)
- Silver $7,500 (covers half the luncheon)

Systems Advocacy Level
