Tribal Leaders, partner organizations, and congressional staff are invited to participate in a briefing session on the NAHASDA Modernization Act of 2026.

NAHASDA is the backbone of federal housing legislation for Indian Country — yet for over a decade, it remains unauthorized. With the NAHASDA Modernization Act of 2026 now before Congress, there is a narrow and critical window to secure passage. This briefing brings Tribal leaders directly to Capitol Hill to hear from Committee Staff, key congressional Members, ask questions, and demonstrate unified Indian Country support at a pivotal moment in the legislative process.
