Join the Eastern States region of the American Heart Association for our Rural Health Summit. This interactive event will bring together a cross-sector of leaders representing the 5.7 million people residing in rural communities across the Eastern States to exchange innovations and community priorities while informing AHA’s rural action-agenda.
Registration & Travel
There is no registration fee to attend the summit. However, donations in any amount are appreciated and will assist with covering the costs of the summit.
